The Regenetics Method Forum is offered as a courtesy to Clients of the Regenetics Method, who agree to abide by our Member Guidelines as specified below. It is our intention on the Regenetics Method Forum to create a safe, nurturing and courteous environment where Clients can share their experiences and get their questions answered.

 

Your presence on the Regenetics Method Forum constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understand and agree to abide by the following Member Guidelines.

1. Your presence on the Regenetics Forum indicates that you have read and understood our Disclaimer, which states: “The Developers and all Facilitators of the Regenetics Method offer DNA activation as educators and ordained ministers, not medical doctors, and do not purport to diagnose or treat illness of any kind. Regenetics Method information and sessions are offered, and accepted, as constitutionally protected exercises of freedom of speech and religion. The Developers and Facilitators of the Regenetics Method make no claims, promises or guarantees relative to specific health challenges. You are solely responsible for your own medical treatment and care.”

2. Your presence on the Regenetics Method Forum further signals a tacit acceptance of the core values and beliefs behind and expressed in the Regenetics Method. While critical thinking can be useful when pursuing knowledge, it is impossible to hold meaningful discussions if we must constantly defend our values and beliefs against those who disagree. If an individual cannot approach our model and materials with an open mind and respectful demeanor, and if his or her participation undermines the community spirit of the Regenetics Method Forum in any way, such an individual will be unsubscribed from the group.

3. Similarly, given that the New Age, New Science, Metaphysical and related communities are exceedingly diverse, in order to hold discussions that are beneficial to those who seek our guidance and support in matters of healing and spiritual growth connected with the Regenetics Method, we must restrict our focus to topics that relate to our core mission, which is to facilitate conscious personal mastery as a bio-spiritual healing path through integrated DNA activation. Members who use community resources without regard for other Members’ shared interests may be unsubscribed. This includes those who insist on promoting or showcasing themselves, their own websites, philosophies, products, services, or other off topic teachings. (Certified Regenetics Method Facilitators are free to list their personal websites.)

4. Participants are urged to keep their posts and other contributions on topic wherever and whenever possible. Personal conversations should be conducted privately via Ning email or otherwise.

5. Discussions that involve drugs and other intoxicating substances, pornography, foul language, racial/sexual/national intolerance, hate speech and/or politically subversive acts or planning will not be tolerated.

6. Spamming--which includes emailing via Ning email or posting on Member message boards the same content/letter/post/image/etc. to multiple parties--is strictly and rigorously prohibited, and members who abuse community trust in this regard will be immediately banned. Using email addresses acquired via the Regenetics Method Forum to spam members privately is also forbidden. Be aware that any discussion of a product or service other than Regenetics for sale, or of a website designed to sell products or services other than those associated with Regenetics, is forbidden, even if you do not directly profit from such a discussion. If you feel that a particular product or service is uniquely related to the Regenetics Method and worthy of discussion, please email one of the Moderators, Sol and Leigh, privately before making any statements to the community. (As Moderators, we reserve the right to email Members with Regenetics-related information. At any time you can change your Settings to stop receiving such emails.)

7. Membership is subject to registration and no one can view or post on the Regenetics Method Forum without first registering. This helps us prevent our Membership list from being exploited for commercial or other purposes not related to our Guidelines.

8. Individual posts may be subject to approval or deletion by the Moderators. Posts may be rejected without explanation. All posts become property of the Regenetics Method Forum.

9. No content--whether images, audio files, text or otherwise--may be posted or uploaded to the Regenetics Method Forum without permission from the copyright holder(s). Any added content suspected of copyright infringement will be deleted without explanation.

10. These Guidelines are intended to help Members participate on the Regenetics Method Forum with the least possible degree of misunderstanding or unpleasantness. These Guidelines do not limit the authority of the Moderators in any way, including the authority to accept and reject applicants and their posts. While this may seem arbitrary, it is necessary to preserve the character and usefulness of the Regenetics Method Forum so that as many as possible may benefit from our community.

11. All products and services purchased from the Moderators or other Facilitators of the Regenetics Method are nonrefundable, including in instances where these Guidelines are not followed and a Client is unsubscribed from the Regenetics Method Forum.
